Not only the M.B.B.S student but also students of other disciplines such as B.D.S, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy get great help and aid in their studies from KEMCAANA Computer Lab. Classes are being taught through Computer in Biochemistry to the students of MBBS, BDS, and Physiotherapy. Students of other classes i.e. Physiology, Anatomy, Community Medicine get assistance from this Lab in the form of print outs of assignments, demonstrations and various other lectures pertaining to these subjects which are mentioned above. ii) Research Work: iii). Admission in Foreign Universities v). Training of Computer Skills. Training of different computer programs especially Biostatistics and research methodology. Students are practically trained how to operate computer, access to other computer and share data, download and save Medical research material from internet and to store these into their own folders. Particularly the basic skills of computer training are being taught over these compute which are in the computer lab so the proper functioning the computers is the basic necessity. vi). Communication Skills: Students are trained how to make contact
with different research scientists through email and answer to these emails.
In this way students have access to the renowned scientists all over the
world. Document verification has always been
a problem for Kemcolians located overseas, especially in the United States.
KEMCAANA has started an online document verification service which assists
the alumni in getting their documents verified in a timely manner. Nominal
service charges are taken from the applicants to cover for the cost of
courier. By virtue of this service, applicants can get their documents
verified and sent back to ECFMG, ERAS, FSMB and other medical boards within
a period of one week. The usual response time for this service is three
working days. Before the launch of KEMCAANA's online document verification
service, applicants had to wait for two to three months to get their documents
verified. The KEMCAANA Computer Lab is blessing for everyone in KEMU/Allied Hospitals |

COMPUTER LAB EXPANSION PROJECT There are many projects to choose from and to donate. The president of KEMCAANA has, however, specially requested donations for the Computer lab Extension project. Please
see the image of the proposed plan. This remodeling includes acquiring
two adjacent rooms from the Physiology and Biochemistry departments. This
will provide twice the space compared to the currently available room.
The plan includes a Office as well as two Wash rooms, 28 Computer stations
and creation of a Video webcasting facility. The work on this project
is about to get started. We hope to get it done before we get there in
