Registration for Fellows and Residents in training: No registration fee. $100.00 covers all events including meals and you may bring your spouse with you. KEMCAANA will pay half of the room charge for residents and fellows in training. (Proof of residency/training requires)
Hotel room rate: $135.00 per day. Please contact the hotel directly for room reservation.
Cancellation policy: 50% refund if registration is cancelled by March 1. No refunds after March 1. Hotel reservations may be cancelled by March 1 after which a one room night will be charged.
